Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Process

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of:

  • The item received
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

We will work to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original purchase and placing a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
